The presence of a link does not mean turnovi controls, endorses, or accepts responsibility for the third party's privacy practices, security, content, products, representations, or services.
Once you access a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by the third party's terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

17. THIRD-PARTY BOOKING PLATFORMS

Guests may discover, inquire about, or reserve turnovi-managed properties through third-party booking platforms.
When a reservation originates through a third-party platform, the platform may independently collect and process personal information.
Information received by turnovi from a third-party booking platform will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable contractual requirements, and applicable law.

Where applicable, those rights may include requesting access to certain personal information, correction of inaccurate personal information, deletion of certain personal information, information concerning certain uses or disclosures, or withdrawal of certain previously provided consent.
turnovi may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a privacy request.

22. DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS

Internet browsers and devices may provide privacy controls or signals concerning online tracking.
Because standards and legal requirements relating to these technologies continue to develop, turnovi will process legally recognized browser-based privacy signals where required by applicable law.

23. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If turnovi undergoes or evaluates a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, transfer of assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar business transaction, information held by turnovi may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

24. LEGAL REQUESTS AND DISPUTES

turnovi may preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to respond to litigation, claims, subpoenas, court orders, government investigations, law-enforcement requests, insurance claims, chargebacks, payment disputes, property-damage claims, or other legal proceedings.
Information relevant to an actual or reasonably anticipated dispute may be retained for longer than turnovi's ordinary retention period when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
